LetsBookDirect is a direct booking marketplace for UK holiday lets. We connect guests with property owners — no middle man, no service fees added at checkout.

Every property on LetsBookDirect is listed by an owner using OwnerLets, our property management platform. Payments are processed securely through Stripe via LodgePay, our payment operations system.

Why direct booking matters

When you book through platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com, you pay a service fee of 14-20% on top of the property price. On a £500 booking, that's £70-£100 going to the platform — not to the property owner. When you book direct, the owner earns more, you pay less, and the service is more personal.
