LetsBookDirect is a trading name of Towpath Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We operate a direct booking marketplace for UK holiday lets.

2. What data we collect

When you make a booking, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and country of residence. We do not collect or store payment card information — this is handled entirely by Stripe.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used to: process your booking, provide your guest portal access, enable communication with your property owner, and send booking confirmation emails. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage (hosted in the EU), and Resend for transactional emails. Each service has its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies. Essential cookies are required for the website to function correctly.

6. Your rights
