1. Platform role

LetsBookDirect is a marketplace that connects guests with property owners. We are not a property provider. The contractual relationship for your stay is between you and the property owner.

2. Booking terms

By completing a booking, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation policies are set by individual property owners and are displayed on each property page before booking. LetsBookDirect does not override owner cancellation policies.

4. Guest responsibilities

Guests must be over 18, provide accurate information, comply with house rules, and treat properties with respect. Any damage caused during your stay is your responsibility.

5. Liability

LetsBookDirect facilitates bookings but does not inspect properties. We are not liable for the condition of any property. Disputes should be raised directly with the property owner in the first instance.

6. Reviews

Guest reviews are moderated by property owners before publication. Reviews must be genuine, respectful, and based on an actual stay. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
