    Do I need to create an account to book?

    No. You can search, book, and access your guest portal without creating an account. Everything is handled via your booking confirmation email.

    Is it safe to book through LetsBookDirect?

    Yes. Every payment is processed by Stripe — the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon. Every owner has completed Stripe identity verification. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

    How do I access my pre-arrival information?

    After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a secure link to your guest portal. This contains check-in instructions, house rules, local recommendations, and your owner's contact details.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellation policies are set by each property owner and are shown in full on every property page before you book. Make sure to read it before confirming.

    I haven't received my confirmation email.

    Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at hello@letsbookdirect.co.uk with your booking reference.

    How do I contact my owner?

    Via the secure message form in your guest portal. Your owner will receive an email notification and can reply directly.

    Can I leave a review?

    Yes. After your check-out date, a review form will appear in your guest portal. Your review will be published on the property page after the owner has approved it.

    The property isn't as described. What do I do?

    Contact the owner directly via your guest portal. If you can't resolve it, email hello@letsbookdirect.co.uk and we'll help.

    Do you charge a booking fee?

    No. What you see is what you pay. LetsBookDirect adds no service fee or booking fee to any reservation.
